The Ministry of Justice - New Zealand seeks a Caseflow Manager based in Wellington to lead and manage the High Court Team and oversee efficient disposal of High Court work within their jurisdiction.

You will be an energetic, enthusiastic people leader with proven experience, capable of embedding a high‑performance culture, building strong relationships with internal and external partners, and delivering operational management in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

• Energetic, enthusiastic leader with experience in guiding teams.
• A track record of embedding high-performance culture through authentic leadership and coaching.
• Strong ability to build relationships with internal and external partners.
• Excellent organisation and planning in a fast-paced environment.
• Operational management experience, preferably in a customer service setting.
• Knowledge of Criminal Court procedures and legislation.
