Job summary
The Ministry of Justice invites applications for a Team Manager, Resource Development at the National Office in Wellington. Qualifications
- Experience leading, coaching and developing people.
- Postgraduate library or relevant qualification.
- Knowledge of information resources, systems and supplier management.
- Budget management and turning data into practical decisions.
- Understanding te ao Māori and tikanga Māori in a legal information environment.
- Experience in legal/government or complex service environments advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a specialist team.
- Oversee print and online legal resources and library catalogue.
- Use data and insights to improve services and demonstrate value.
- Manage budgets, expenditure, invoicing and accruals.
- Lead supplier relationships and national service improvements.
- Advise on emerging technology and future information services.
