Job summary
Ministry of Justice in Wellington is seeking a Team Manager, Resource Development to lead a specialist team that develops and manages legal information resources and systems for judges across Aotearoa New Zealand.
You will shape national services, oversee resources, budgets, suppliers and service improvements, and work closely with court librarians, judicial staff, Digital and Finance teams to deliver reliable information solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience leading, coaching and developing people.
- Postgraduate library or other relevant qualification.
- Knowledge of information resources, systems and supplier management.
- Ability to turn data into practical decisions.
- Understanding te ao Māori and tikanga Māori in a legal information environment.
- Experience in a legal, judicial, government or other complex service environment is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead the specialist team that develops and manages legal information resources and systems.
- Oversee resources, suppliers, budgets, systems and service improvement.
- Collaborate with court librarians, judicial staff, Digital, Finance and major legal information providers.
- Shape reliable national services and guide future delivery of legal information to the judiciary.
