IAG is seeking a Team Lead, Operations Support to head a 24/7 technology operations team across NZ locations (Auckland, Christchurch or Wellington). You will drive incident management, production support and continuous improvement, partnering with engineering, testing and business teams to ensure reliable platform performance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading technology operations, production support or application support teams.
• Strong people leadership skills with a focus on coaching, development and team engagement.
• Ability to manage incidents, competing priorities and 24/7 support environment.
• Experience using operational data and service insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
• Confidence working through ambiguity and supporting teams during periods of change.
• Understanding of technology transformation, platform modernisation or large-scale operational environments.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a team of technology professionals through coaching, feedback, recognition and career development.
• Lead a 24/7 operational support capability, overseeing monitoring, triage, incident response and service restoration.
• Coordinate production support, release activities and service requests across multiple technology environments.
• Use operational insights and service data to identify trends and deliver continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with engineering, testing, delivery and business teams to resolve issues and improve service outcomes.
• Manage external partners and suppliers to ensure service expectations and performance standards.
• Provide clear reporting on service health, risks, capacity and improvement opportunities to support decision making.
