Cultivate People Ltd is a Kiwi-owned recruitment business focused on genuine relationships, growth, and fun. The Talent Partner role sits in our Business Operations & Customer Experience team and partners with a senior consultant to deliver end-to-end recruitment across a mix of temp and permanent roles.

You’ll manage briefs, source talent, interview and shortlist, while building strong relationships for current and future opportunities. Hybrid work and a supportive environment are offered.

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Source and interview candidates for temporary and permanent roles.
• Deliver shortlists and thoughtful recommendations to clients.
• Keep candidates informed and provide an excellent recruitment experience.
• Build talent pools for current and future opportunities.
• Partner with consultant to meet client needs and share market insights.
• Manage vacancies, deadlines, systems and compliance.
