About the role

This is a varied recruitment portfolio where no two days are the same. As a Talent Partner, you’ll become an integral part of a close working partnership with a highly successful consultant and their long-standing, exclusive clients – making sure you have a lot of fun and laughs along the way.

This role sits within our Business Operations & Customer Experience team – a team who truly work together across everyone’s portfolios to get the best outcomes. You’ll work very closely, championing everything talent, sourcing and candidate experience wise, with our other Talent Partners too.

In the partnership, you’ll manage recruitment delivery across a mix of temporary and permanent roles, from understanding briefs and sourcing talent through to interviewing, shortlisting and keeping candidates engaged.

You’ll also build relationships with talent for future opportunities, share market insights and bring ideas to improve how the portfolio operates.

What you’ll do
  • Source, interview and assess candidates across a range of temporary and permanent roles.
  • Deliver quality shortlists and thoughtful recommendations to customers
  • Keep candidates informed and provide a great recruitment experience.
  • Build relationships with talent for current and future opportunities, ensuring our core roles have strong talent pools
  • Partner with your consultant to anticipate client needs and share market insights, to improve the outcome of your portfolio, customers and candidates
  • Manage multiple vacancies, deadlines, recruitment systems and compliance requirements.
  • Adapt to changing priorities, take ownership and keep processes moving.
About you

You’re agile, organised and comfortable working at pace, without letting the details or candidate experience slip.

You want to pursue a career in Talent Partnering and would like to take ownership of end-to-end delivery in your partnership.

An inclusive, positive candidate experience underpins everything we do at Cultivate – we are looking for someone who also places high value on this.

You’ll bring
  • Strong sourcing, assessment and candidate engagement skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple roles, thrive working at pace and competing deadlines, taking control to keep things on track.
  • Passionate about candidate experience, driving inclusive practices and job seeker outcomes.
  • Detail and quality focused – compliance and processes will sit with you, and you will be excellent at ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Very confident using technology, systems and tools – exposure to AI tools and/or technology systems in recruitment would be ideal.

We believe diversity is vital to a healthy, high-performing workplace. That’s why we’re committed to delivering a psychologically safe recruitment experience. One that uncovers and celebrates your strengths. If traditional hiring processes don’t bring out your best let us know. We want you to shine, not shy away.
