You will partner with business leaders across New Zealand and the APAC region, manage end-to-end recruitment, and drive sourcing strategies that deliver outstanding hiring outcomes. The role offers a hybrid working environment with opportunities across a large global organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end talent acquisition.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities across multiple roles.
• Ability to develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle across a diverse portfolio of roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and craft strategies.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Proactively source and engage passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience reflecting company values and employer brand.
• Leverage recruitment data to influence decisions and improve outcomes.
• Drive employer branding to strengthen market presence.
• Conduct talent mapping and market intelligence to identify key talent pools.
• Ensure a compliant, inclusive recruitment process.
• Collaborate with global Talent Acquisition teams on best practices.
