Job summary

Tracksuit Limited is seeking a Talent Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment for roles across New Zealand and Australia, with some US/UK hiring. You’ll collaborate with Customer, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Product and Engineering to build strong pipelines and ensure a premium candidate experience.

You will shape how our Talent team uses AI, automate admin, and partner with leaders to hire boldly while maintaining Tracksuit’s high-care, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

Experience running full-cycle recruitment for SaaS/tech roles.
Proven ability to hire across NZ/Australia with some US/UK exposure.
Comfort using AI to source, draft comms, and streamline hiring processes.
Strong interviewing and stakeholder coaching skills.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting for NZ/Australia roles with some US/UK hiring.
Partner with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions and ads.
Build a proactive talent pipeline across local tech, startup, and marketing communities.
Ensure a warm, respectful candidate experience for all applicants.
Create diverse shortlists and fair, structured interview processes.
