As a casual Support Worker based in Motueka, you’ll help people participate in activities, manage daily routines, and stay connected with their communities.
As a Support Worker you’ll support people with intellectual disabilities to live the lives they choose – whether that’s getting out into the community, trying something new, enjoying their favourite activities or simply getting through the everyday routines at home.
This is a casual role, with no guarenteed hours and shifts offered on an as-needed basis, giving you the flexibility to work around your other commitments.
What matters most is that you're reliable, respectful, patient and willing to learn. We provide full training and orientation to help you feel confident in the role.
