NZCL in Auckland requires energetic Support Workers to assist people with daily living and community participation. You will help with personal care, meals, and household tasks while fostering independence in a home-based setting.

Permanent part-time or full-time roles are available across Central, West & South Auckland. Training towards NZQA Health & Wellbeing is provided, with shifts including overnights and weekend rosters. Applicants must be NZ residents or hold a valid work permit.

Qualifications

• Must have empathy, respect for diverse backgrounds and a supportive approach.
• Previous healthcare experience with disabilities preferred.
• Full driver's license is essential.
• Energetic, outgoing and able to work with goal-driven individuals.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts across a roster, including weekends.

Responsabilités

• Support people with daily living activities and community involvement.
• Assist with meals, personal cares, and household tasks.
• Help individuals develop confidence and new skills, and build friendships.
• Work as part of a team providing 24/7 support with potential sleepover payments.
