Pathways in Brightwater, near Nelson, is hiring a part-time Support Worker to assist older adults with mental health needs in a recovery-focused residential service. You will work Sundays and Mondays 3pm–11:30pm, helping with meals, personal care, and daily activities.
Ideally you hold the NZ Certificate in Health and Wellbeing Level 4, have a current first aid certificate, and understand Te Tiriti o Waitangi. This role offers a supportive team and an opportunity to make a meaningful difference.

We are apredominantly an aged care mental health site, nestled in the vineyards on theoutskirts of Brightwater with picturesque countryside views and the RichmondRanges.
Our six-bedfacility is committed to helping our residents lead fulfilling and joyfullives. As a mental health provider, we specialize in supporting older clientswith mental health needs.
This is a permanent,part-time position. You’ll work Sunday and Monday, 3pm – 11.30pm, in our Brightwater,Nelson residential service. Preferably you’ll hold the Level 4 Health andWellbeing qualification, or equivalent.
You’ll work alongside individuals to support their recovery, enhance their wellbeing,and help them live a meaningful life. This could involve tasks like assistingwith meal preparation and cleaning up. It's all about making a positivedifference in their lives.
