Salt, a large infrastructure organisation, invites applications for a temporary Business Support Coordinator in its Supply Chain team based in Newmarket, Auckland. The assignment runs ASAP to 30 April 2027, paying $41 per hour plus 8% holiday pay.

You’ll support internal stakeholders, contractors, suppliers and project teams by managing material requests, SAP records, and reporting. You’ll handle SAP transactions, data updates, invoice processing and PO administration, plus produce reports in

Qualificações

• Must have SAP ECC experience, with exposure to S/4HANA highly regarded.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and lookups.
• Experience coordinating across suppliers, warehouses and project teams.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to supplier, contractor and stakeholder enquiries on availability, status and delivery.
• Manage SAP transactions, allocations and data updates.
• Support invoice processing and purchase order administration.
• Prepare reports and analyse data using SAP and Excel.
• Coordinate information flow across suppliers, warehouses and project teams.
