Job summary

Fletcher Building Group is seeking a seasoned supply chain leader for the Tauriko site to own inventory, despatch and customer fulfilment while guiding the next stage of operational excellence. You will build capability, drive continuous improvement and partner across functions to exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Seasoned supply chain leader with proven track record.
• Experience driving operational transformation across service, inventory, safety and performance.
• ERP expertise and advanced Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Inventory and Despatch teams to deliver on-time customer fulfilment.
• Drive inventory accuracy, stock integrity and continuous improvement.
• Own freight, despatch and customer delivery performance.
• Collaborate with Distribution Operations to resolve service or inventory issues.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Planning, Sales and Customer Service to meet demand.
• Identify opportunities and implement smarter ways of working.
• Champion a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset.
