Stellar Recruitment is partnering with a Tier 2 civil contractor to recruit Civil Supervisors for complex projects across the North Island, including Waikato and Bay of Plenty. The role focuses on leading crews, delivering quality work safely and efficiently, and driving a strong safety culture.

We invite candidates with proven civil supervision experience and a solid three waters background to apply. Excellent communication and ateam-driven approach are essential for success in this role.

The Role

Stellar Recruitment is partnering with a well-respectedTier 2 civil contractorknown for delivering complex and technically challenging projects across the Waikato and Bay of Plenty. Due to an uptake of confirmed work, we are looking for two Civil Supervisors, with experience in the three waters space, to join the team and drive delivery on crucial builds. If you're a Civil Supervisor, who enjoys leading teams delivering quality projects safely and efficiently, this is worth your attention.

You'll be involved in:

• Leading and motivating site crews
• Interpreting site drawings and ensuring compliance
• Managing plant, materials, and labour resources to keep projects on programme
• Running pre-starts and maintaining a strong safety culture
• Working closely with engineers, subcontractors, and project managers
• Coaching and developing your team

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience supervising civil construction crews
• Strong three waters background including pipeline installation and associated civil works
• The ability to read and interpret drawings and ensure work is carried out to spec
