Stellar Recruitment is partnering with a Tier 2 civil contractor to recruit Civil Supervisors for complex projects across the North Island, including Waikato and Bay of Plenty. The role focuses on leading crews, delivering quality work safely and efficiently, and driving a strong safety culture.

We invite candidates with proven civil supervision experience and a solid three waters background to apply. Excellent communication and ateam-driven approach are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising civil construction crews.
• Strong three waters background including pipeline installation.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and ensure work is carried out to spec.
• Solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead site crews to deliver projects safely and efficiently.
• Interpret site drawings and ensure compliance with specs.
• Manage plant, materials and labour to keep on programme.
• Run pre-starts and maintain a strong safety culture.
• Work closely with engineers, subcontractors and project managers.
• Coach and develop your team.
