Job summary

Fullers360 ferries nearly 6 million people every year, and this summer role provides an entry level opportunity aboard our fleet of speed passenger vessels. You’ll support our onboard café, deliver a high standard of customer service to tourists and commuters, and take part in marine drills to gain valuable maritime experience.

Reporting to the Crew Development Manager, you’ll work a rotating roster from late Sep 2026 to Apr 2027, be over 18 with NZ work rights, and enjoy perks including free

Qualifications

• Must be over age 18 to be considered for this role as you will be selling alcohol.
• Be passionate about customer service, the customer experience and tourism/maritime industry.
• Be punctual, reliable and take pride in your appearance.
• Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Have a good level of maturity with the ability to work under pressure.
• Have the legal right to work in New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Providing the highest level of customer service and bar and café services to customers.
• Promoting our products and providing accurate information on our services.
• Ensuring the vessel is ready for boarding by cleaning all areas and restocking products.
• Demonstrating a commitment to health and safety measures onboard.
