Job summary

Fullers Group is gearing up for the busy summer period with a fixed term, part-time Shore Services Assistant role based at Queens Wharf in Auckland CBD. The position supports the operations team by ensuring timely services to vessels during peak season.

We expect involvement from late September or early October through to about the end of April 2027. You’ll handle freight coordination, stock replenishment, and routine administration, with a focus on customer service and safety.

Responsibilities

• Organising the freight to and from Waiheke. This involves physical work including heavy lifting.
• Co-ordinate our food and beverage storage for all boats checking we have enough products, re-stocking and maintaining the storagearea.
• Lost property - communicating with clients regarding any property that has been forgotten onthevessels. Your focus on customer service and communication skills will be of great help when dealing with our clients (internal and external).
• Assist with staff uniforms and administration.

We're gearing up for our busiest period with summer around the corner and will be employing for a Shore Services Assistant on a fixed term part-time basis. Ideally you'll be able to start late September or early October and work through till approximately the end of April 2027.

About the role

We have a fixed term part-time role available for the summer period, September 2026 - April 2027. This role forms part of a small team and amongst the hustle and bustle on Queens Wharf in Auckland CBD. The role of Shore Services Assistant sits under the operations department and will be key in providing services to our vessels in a timely manner.

Duties include but are not limited to

Hours of work

• Rotating roster with different starting times from 5.15am and finishing 6pm latest (you must have your own reliable transport as public transport is not available for the early starts)
