The City Growth and Advisory Services Team focuses on providing technical and specialist advice to guide new developments to comply with Dunedin’s planning framework. The City Growth and Advisory Services Team works closely with a range of departments, to ensure that feedback is consistent, collaborative, and ensures developments comply with regulatory requirements.
We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and motivated Subdivision Support Officer to join the City Growth and Advisory Services Team, reporting to the Subdivision Engineer.
You will use your strong organisational and administrative skills to provide process support and ensure the smooth coordination of activities across the wider 3 Waters Group, including resource consent, building consent, and new water connection processes.

Salary range: $63,586 - $74,807
