Job summary

Lifeskils in Mangere Campus is seeking an outgoing, community-minded Student Recruitment Coordinator to join the recruitment team on a fulltime basis. The role involves engaging with communities and guiding prospective students through the enrolment process.

You will call leads from marketing campaigns, attend community events to promote our campuses and courses, and conduct interviews with prospective students and their families to assess needs and fit.

Qualifications

• Experience as a recruitment coordinator.
• Sales experience essential.
• Ability to work in New Zealand and support enrolment processes.

Responsibilities

• Make calls to leads generated by Marketing Campaigns.
• Attend community events to promote campuses and courses.
• Conduct interviews with prospective students and families to assess needs and fit.
• Onboard students through enrolment, induction and pastoral care.
• Collaborate with teaching teams to ensure smooth transition to campus life.
