Job summary

CapableNZ in Dunedin is seeking a Recruitment Lead to drive learner recruitment and engagement across the learner journey. You will nurture relationships from first enquiry to enrolment, providing personalised guidance and support, and ensuring a high-quality learner experience.

You will manage enquiries and onboarding, keep CRM data accurate, and collaborate with marketing, facilitators, and operations to support workforce development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in learner recruitment, customer engagement, business development, learner support, relationship management, or similar client-facing roles.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience using CRM systems or customer management platforms.
• Collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and culturally responsive practice.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with prospective learners and guide them through their educational journey.
• Manage enquiries, applications, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor recruitment pipelines.
• Support learner readiness and profiling activities.
• Collaborate with CapableNZ facilitators, marketing, and operations teams.
• Contribute to business development, employer engagement, and workforce development initiatives.
