Job summary

UniLodge Mayoral Drive Student Accommodation in Auckland is seeking a Full-time Customer Service Manager to lead the front desk operations, support property management tasks, and oversee customer service for our student residents. The role blends hospitality leadership with property oversight, offering a dynamic environment for developing new skills within a supportive team.

The position requires coaching a high-performing team, managing admin and debtor processes, and maintaining presentation

Qualifications

• 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday roster.
• Manage day-to-day front desk operations.
• Develop, lead, coach and manage a high performing team.
• Provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager and wider property team.
• Manage and support in-house debtors processes alongside the General Manager.
• Maintain a high level of presentation through the property.
• Ongoing management of the apartments including inspections and maintenance requests.
• Liaise with third parties regarding building facilities management including maintenance, contract cleaners, security etc.
• Be an active member of the emergency response team during shift times.

Responsibilities

• Create a friendly environment and deliver a positive resident experience.
• Assist with inquiries related to student residency, studies, general needs, and wellbeing.
• Monitor and report concerns related to resident safety and wellbeing and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate and execute administrative duties (mail, filing, etc.).
