Job summary

The University of Auckland is looking for two Timetabling and Enrolment Coordinators to join our Student and Scholarly Services team and help deliver a smooth, student-focused enrolment experience.

You’ll work at the heart of the student journey, supporting how classes are timetabled, rooms allocated, and enrolments managed across the University, using detailed information and systems and collaborating with colleagues across faculties.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative or coordination role.
• Ability to manage timetables, rooms and enrolments across a large organisation.
• Comfort with databases, systems and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timetabling, room allocation and enrolments across the University.
