Job summary

HFC: Structures in Christchurch is seeking a Revit Technician to join our team. This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality structural design documentation using Revit for a range of exciting projects, with emphasis on residential sector experience.

You will develop 3D Revit models, produce construction drawings and schedules, and collaborate with engineers and the wider design team. A proactive problem-solving approach and strong attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years NZ experience as a Revit Technician
• Strong knowledge of Revit & AutoCAD for structural design
• Understanding of structural engineering principles and construction methods
• Excellent communication and collaboration with engineers and design team
• Proactive problem-solving and keen eye for detail
• Strong client & team focus with passion for quality documentation
• Relevant qualification in drafting, engineering or architecture

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D Revit models for structural designs
• Produce detailed construction drawings, schedules and documentation in Revit
• Collaborate with design team to accurately represent structures in Revit
• Continually improve Revit standards and processes for efficiency and quality
