Job summary

Babbage Consultants in Auckland is seeking a Structural Technician with at least 2 years' experience and strong Revit skills to join our NZ-owned multi-disciplinary team. You'll produce structural drawings and documentation in Revit, contributing from concept through to construction.

Working with our structural engineers, you'll develop 3D models, coordinate with other disciplines, support BIM standards, and deliver documentation accurately and on time while liaising with clients and project

Qualifications

At least 2 years' experience as a Structural Technician in an engineering environment.
Strong Revit skills and experience producing structural documentation.
Understanding of BIM workflows and coordination.
Relevant qualification in engineering drafting or related discipline.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Proactive attitude with attention to detail and delivery quality.

Responsibilities

Prepare structural drawings and documentation in Revit.
Produce accurate 3D models and coordinated project documentation.
Collaborate with engineers and other disciplines to deliver integrated design solutions.
Support BIM coordination, including BIM standards, families and libraries.
Deliver documentation accurately, on time and to a high professional standard.
Liaise with clients, contractors and project teams as required.
