Job summary

Grada Recruitment is seeking an experienced Structural Technician in Auckland for commercial and multi-storey concrete projects. You will produce detailed structural drawings and reports, and work closely with engineers and project teams on large-scale builds.

The role requires 4+ years NZ experience, strong knowledge of NZ codes, and proficiency in Revit. You will contribute to buildable documentation and mentor junior technicians in a collaborative, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience as a Structural Technician in NZ.
• Strong background in multi-storey and commercial concrete buildings.
• Proficiency in Revit and structural detailing.
• Solid understanding of NZ codes and construction methods.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed structural drawings and reporting for large-scale new build projects.
• Work closely with engineers and project teams.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, coordinated, and buildable.
• Support delivery across design and documentation phases.
• Provide guidance to junior technicians where needed.
