Job summary

Government Communications Security Bureau NZ in Wellington is recruiting a senior Workforce Management and Analytics Lead to shape strategic workforce planning and people analytics across the NZ Intelligence Community.

You will lead a specialist team, translate workforce data into actionable insights, and partner with Finance and senior leaders to steer budgeting, reporting, and strategic workforce initiatives in a demanding government setting.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading and developing a specialist analytical, workforce planning, people analytics, or related team.
Ability to influence and advise senior leaders.
Expertise in workforce management, workforce planning, or remuneration strategy.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing team of workforce management and analytics specialists.
Set the strategic direction for workforce management and analytics across the NZ Intelligence Community.
Support personnel budgeting, providing workforce costing, forecasting and insights.
