This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Workforce Management and Analytics (WFM&A) function for the New Zealand Intelligence Community.
Reporting to the Deputy Director-General, People & Capability, you will lead a specialist team responsible for strategic workforce planning and management initiatives and people analytics supporting both the GCSB and NZSIS.
You will play a critical role in helping senior leaders make informed workforce decisions by translating data into meaningful insights, strengthening workforce planning capability, and driving the evolution of workforce management practices across both agencies. This position is a healthy mix of practical work with immediate impact alongside strategic and forward-thinking activity.
