Qualifications

• Experience in line-management or leading teams.
• Strong background in data engineering, data analysis, or software/system engineering.
• Strong background in machine learning and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower the technical analytics team to deliver new data pipelines and analytics capabilities.
• Design data-driven solutions and guide staff with technical and personal mentoring.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across the mission to align results with user needs and security requirements.
• Drive best practices and manage technical debt across the data infrastructure.
