Job summary

PwC NZ is seeking an experienced professional at management level in Transformation Design & Delivery to shape and lead enterprise transformation workstreams. You will collaborate with PwC and client teams, shaping strategies, roadmaps, operating models and business cases across complex programmes.

Role options range from Analyst to Manager, with opportunities for senior stakeholder engagement, governance, and delivery across agile, waterfall, or hybrid approaches.

Qualifications

Analyst: Early experience supporting complex transformation programmes.
Senior Analyst: Experience owning work, delivering across multi-workstream programmes.
Manager: Experience leading major workstreams and building senior client relationships.

Responsibilities

Shaping transformation strategies, roadmaps, operating models, and business cases.
Undertaking business analysis and redesigning processes.
Mobilising and delivering programmes through PMO, governance and delivery roles.
Managing plans, risks, dependencies, benefits, and executive reporting.
Supporting implementation across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery.
Engaging senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
