Job summary

PwC NZ is seeking expressions of interest for Analysts, Senior Analysts and Managers to deliver strategy, design and transformation projects. You will shape strategies, analyse processes, engage senior stakeholders and lead or support cross-disciplinary teams to turn ambition into lasting outcomes.

You'll contribute across analysis, strategy, process transformation, change management, mobilisation and governance in a dynamic consulting environment with opportunities to grow your leadership

Qualifications

• Analyst: Early experience supporting complex transformation programmes.
• Senior Analyst: Experience owning work, solving delivery challenges and engaging clients across programmes.
• Manager: Experience leading major workstreams, programmes and teams, building trusted relationships and shaping commercially focused approaches.

Responsibilities

• Shaping transformation strategies, roadmaps, operating models, and business cases.
• Undertaking business analysis, redesigning processes and supporting change management.
• Mobilising and delivering programmes through PMO, Transformation Office, portfolio, governance and assurance roles.
• Managing plans, risks, dependencies, benefits, and executive reporting.
• Supporting implementation across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches.
• Engaging senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
