Job summary

PwC New Zealand is seeking a Manager in Wellington to lead high-impact customer transformation and service design engagements. You will work across CX, UX/UI, and service design to translate insights into practical, measurable outcomes for clients and communities.

Join a collaborative team at PwC, partnering with senior stakeholders while coaching junior designers and shaping PwC’s design capability across Aotearoa. This role aligns with an Intermediate/Senior Designer level in the market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across CX, UX/UI, visual or service design.
• Strong ability to translate research into actionable insights and outcomes.
• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Support high-impact end-to-end customer transformation and service design engagements.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and shape a clear future state.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to deliver human-centred outcomes.
• Translate insights into executive-ready outputs: journeys, blueprints, CX/UX/UI recommendations.
• Lead multiple workstreams and mentor junior team members.
