Job summary

Amazon Web Services New Zealand Limited is seeking an Enterprise Account Technical Manager (TAM) to act as a trusted technical consultant for strategic customers across New Zealand, driving cloud adoption and AWS value.

You'll lead architecture discussions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build long-term relationships to enable business transformation and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting in distributed systems.
• Experience working with or evaluating AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Build solutions and provide technical guidance as a trusted advisor.
• Develop trusting relationships with customers at all levels to drive technology discussions.
• Consult with stakeholders from developers to C-suite executives on cloud adoption strategies.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Business Developers, and Sales Account Managers.
• Identify opportunities for additional AWS value, including service reviews and pre-launch planning.
