Job summary

Cubic Transportation Systems in Wellington, NZ, seeks a Services Transition Manager to lead pre- and post-sales service delivery, ensuring smooth transition into production and ongoing operation. Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in business, management, engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• ITIL foundation certificate or above.

Responsibilities

• Represent the services team as a key stakeholder during the Service Lifecycle of new and enhanced products or services, ensuring operational requirements are captured and KPI/SLA measurement is defined.
• Lead analysis of new and changed solutions to enable transition into regional services with supporting processes and system configurations.
• Act as a liaison across business units, technology departments, and vendors for regional services regarding new/changed services.
• Monitor and update services processes with customer and services teams per global guidelines.
• Identify opportunities for efficiencies and innovation; lead a team delivering business analysis and recommendations.
• Build and develop strong relationships with Cubic customers and internal departments.
• Lead and enable service quality monitoring for regional services.
• Ensure local implementation of service transition initiatives and government services for commercial success.
• Ensure staffing, tools and business processes are in place for key operating areas.
• Monitor progress to plan and take corrective actions as needed.
• Support development, implementation and proposals for new products/services in the government services environment.
