Job summary

Cubic Transportation Systems in Wellington, NZ seeks a Services Transition Manager to lead pre- and post-sales service delivery, ensuring transitions into production are smooth and aligned with customer needs. You will drive process improvements, orchestrate cross-functional teams, and build strong customer relationships across Cubic and government environments.

The role requires ITIL knowledge, a degree in a related field, and strong analytical, project management, and Excel skills.

Qualifications

Extensive experience working across organisations between technical, project and business stakeholders.
Experience with process development and report specification.
Experience in the SDLC.
Previous experience managing successful service transition.
Experience in meaningful business analysis.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Project management experience.
Understanding of ITIL or experience in an ITIL organisation.
Experience developing business design documentation with customers.

Responsibilities

Represent the services team as a key stakeholder during the service lifecycle of new/ enhanced products.
Lead analysis to ensure transition into regional services with supporting processes and configurations.
Liaise across business units, technology, and vendors for regional services.
Monitor and update services processes in line with global guidelines.
Identify opportunities for efficiencies and lead a team for business analysis and recommendations.
