Job summary

PwC New Zealand is seeking a Customer Transformation Manager in Wellington to lead end-to-end customer experience and service design initiatives. You will partner with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to shape practical, human-centred outcomes.

You will translate insights into compelling outputs, manage multiple workstreams, and coach junior team members while contributing to new opportunities and PwC NZ growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across CX/UX/UI or service design.
• Ability to lead workshops, engage senior clients and deliver actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end customer transformation and service design engagements.
• Facilitate workshops and translate research into executive-ready outputs.
• Lead multiple workstreams and coach junior team members.
• Contribute to proposals and grow PwC's design capability in NZ.
