Job summary

Otis in Wellington, New Zealand, is seeking a Service Account Representative to grow the lift and escalator service portfolio. This permanent/full-time role involves managing existing accounts, selling value-added products, and maintaining proactive face-to-face customer contact across the region and beyond.

You will report to the National Sales Manager - Service Solutions and contribute to a high-performing team focused on service excellence and customer value.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to maintain face-to-face contact with Otis customers.
• Strong customer relationships are key to success in this role.
• Energetic, professional and strategic mindset.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Service sales targets for the portfolio – unit and revenue growth.
• Provide daily, professional, value-based account management to all tiers of accounts in and around Wellington.
• Maintain regular face-to-face contact with Otis Customers within the portfolio, travel between Dunedin, Queenstown & Invercargill.
• Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, and risk, and reports to management.
• Engage with new installation customers to achieve.
