Job summary

Aotearoa New Zealand Association of Social Workers in Auckland seeks a Business Sales & Network Development Lead to drive the end-to-end sale and transition of company-owned stores into dealership or franchise models. Qualifications

• Proven background in business sales, commercial negotiation or M&A transactions.
• Experience in lead generation, buyer engagement and closing high-value deals.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder transactions.
• Financial literacy to assess deal viability and support sound decisions.
• Excellent relationship management with buyers, brokers and internal stakeholders.
• High attention to detail with governance and audit trails.

Responsibilities

• Lead store transaction execution with a data-driven roadmap and governance.
• Identify and qualify prospective buyers; generate and manage a strong pipeline.
• Direct commercial negotiations and coordination of due diligence and settlement.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Operations and People teams for smooth transitions.
• Provide regular leadership updates and maintain transaction documentation.
