Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in project coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar.
• Strong understanding of project management concepts and governance.
• Experience with cloud-based project management tools.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence and Salesforce.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in fast-moving environments preferred (telecoms).

Responsibilities

• Support project teams to create and maintain deliverables in line with PMO governance.
• Assist with project schedules, milestones, due dates and estimates.
• Prepare project summary reports for management and key stakeholders.
• Work with project teams to identify and mitigate roadblocks.
• Capture and track project risks and issues.
• Provide project information to other areas of the business.
• Assist with tracking project budgets against agreed Statements of Work and project briefs.
• Support timely project status reporting and governance requirements.
• Ensure project closure activities and PIRs are completed appropriately.
