Job summary

P&F Global is seeking a commercially minded Procurement & Supply Planning Specialist to own procurement and inventory planning across our New Zealand network. You’ll work with local and international suppliers, balancing demand, cost and lead time to keep customers and operations moving.

You’ll use NetStock and ERP data to forecast and replenish, collaborating with Sales, Operations, Logistics and Finance to optimize stock levels and location strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with forecast and inventory data.
• Experience using ERP data and NetStock for replenishment planning.
• Ability to balance supplier performance, cost and lead times.
• Knowledge of international suppliers and long lead times is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyse demand, forecasts, lead times and inventory to develop purchasing plans.
• Collaborate with Sales and stakeholders to align forecasts with customer needs.
• Manage day-to-day purchasing with approved suppliers and inbound requirements.
• Coordinate stock balancing and transfers across sites and 3PLs.
• Build relationships with suppliers and monitor delivery performance.
• Address product and quality issues with internal teams.
• Support new product introductions and supplier changes.
