Job summary

Halter in Auckland, NZ is seeking a Supply Planning Manager to own end-to-end supply planning across the product portfolio, translating demand signals into material requirements and managing purchase orders with suppliers and contract manufacturers.

You will build relationships, monitor risk, drive on-time delivery, and lead a high-performance team while shaping metrics and inventory positions.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with end-to-end supply planning in hardware/electronics manufacturing.
• Ability to translate demand signals into material requirements and manage POs.
• Strong vendor relationships and risk mitigation mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the supply plan across Halter's product portfolio from demand to material availability.
• Place, manage, and track purchase orders; monitor schedule adherence.
• Develop relationships with contract manufacturers and suppliers to improve reliability.
• Map supply chain risk and design mitigation plans to prevent disruptions.
• Define supply planning metrics for visibility of health, delivery, and inventory.
• Build and lead a high-performance supply planning team and remove blockers.
