Augment Resources is recruiting intermediate Procurement & Sourcing Specialists for NZ public and private sector roles across Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. You’ll lead end-to-end sourcing, RFx, and supplier negotiations within hybrid teams, shaping category strategies and commercial outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in procurement or contracting, strong stakeholder skills, and a solid understanding of government frameworks. Flexible hybrid arrangements available.

The Opportunity

You'll lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities, including:

• Running RFx and tender processes from planning through to contract award

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years' procurement, sourcing, category management, or contract management experience
• Experience leading RFx and tender processes
• Strong commercial, financial, and stakeholder management capability
• Experience negotiating supplier contracts and delivering procurement outcomes
• Knowledge of government procurement frameworks is highly regarded
• Public sector experience preferred, though strong private sector candidates are encouraged to apply
