Job summary

ISS Facility Services is seeking a Procurement Manager in Auckland on a full-time hybrid basis. The role drives procurement end-to-end, collaborates with multiple business areas, and challenges the status quo to build foundations for growth.

You will own category plans, engage suppliers, support tenders, and contribute to savings while fostering strong relationships with operational teams. A tertiary business qualification and strong Excel/analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ procurement experience driving cost savings.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, verbal and numerical reasoning abilities.
• Ability to dissect information, identify issues and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities with stakeholders to deliver project outcomes.
• Compile analytical data and develop cost-saving strategies.
• Lead tendering and negotiation of designated products and services to deliver savings.
• Develop and deliver the Category Plan with savings targets and supplier consolidation.
• Build supplier base in collaboration with First Nations partners and support procurement strategy.
