Job summary

RCR Infrastructure Ltd. is seeking a detail‑oriented Key Accounts Coordinator in Onehunga to support national accounts and coordinate customer work requests.

You will work closely with Account Managers, operations, and customers to ensure timely delivery of requests, maintenance, and projects. The role requires organisation, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in customer service, administration, service coordination, project coordination, account support, or a similar role
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of tasks
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• The ability to prioritise competing demands and work effectively under pressure
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems
• Experience using job management, service management, or asset management systems would be advantageous
• Previous experience within facilities management, construction, trades, telecommunications, maintenance, or service delivery environments would be beneficial

Responsibilities

• Support Key Account Managers with the day-to-day coordination of customer accounts
• Coordinate customer work requests and track jobs from initiation through to completion
• Liaise with customer services and operational teams to assist with scheduling and delivery of work
• Monitor progress on jobs and provide updates to customers and internal stakeholders
• Support the delivery of maintenance programmes, service work, and project rollouts
• Assist with managing customer documentation, reports, asset information, and project records
• Help coordinate project administration and ensure supporting documentation is maintained accurately
• Follow up outstanding actions, jobs, and customer requests to ensure timely completionAssist with stock tracking and coordination activities where required
• Identify and elevate service delivery issues to the appropriate teams
• Maintain accurate information within business systems and customer databases
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer experience and service delivery
