VFCorporation is seeking a Senior Logistics Lead to drive standardized, resilient ANZ logistics operations across New Zealand and Australia. You will develop scalable LSP frameworks, enhance performance, efficiency and service reliability for B2B and B2C channels.

The role emphasizes end-to-end logistics oversight, cost optimization, and improved customer experience, with a focus on inbound/outbound flows, risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Delivery Performance Management across B2B and B2C channels with on-time delivery reporting and continuous improvement.
• KPI Reporting using dashboards to identify trends and drive corrective actions.
• Transport Optimization to review and improve local networks and reduce costs.
• Inbound Logistics ensuring accurate and timely receipt with DIFOT reporting.
• Freight Cost Control & Validation to ensure accuracy and alignment with terms.
