Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in logistics, supply chain, transport, warehousing, or fulfillment operations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across multiple functions.
• Experience leading operational improvement and change initiatives.
• Strong analytical capability with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Experience with logistics systems such as CargoWise and M2X.
• A focus on customer outcomes, continuous improvement, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Leading fulfillment operations across your portfolio to ensure service, cost, inventory, and customer performance targets are achieved.
• Building strong partnerships across Operations, Planning, Commercial, Customer Services, and external logistics providers to align priorities and deliver customer outcomes.
• Leading and developing a high-performing team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Driving process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, visibility, and service performance across the supply chain.
• Supporting and embedding change initiatives, new ways of working, and future logistics capability.
• Using data and insights to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve operational performance.
• Managing key logistics partners and service providers to ensure performance, compliance, and value delivery.
