Job summary

2degrees, based in Wellington with openness to regional flexibility, is seeking a high-calibre Enterprise/Public Sector sales professional. You will lead strategic sales across Wellington and nearby regions, building relationships with C-suite executives and delivering outcomes across the full portfolio.

You will identify opportunities, manage complex sales cycles and collaborate with architects and delivery teams to win.

Qualifications

• Proven success winning net-new business within Enterprise and/or Public Sector.
• Strong track record building trusted relationships with C-suite and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent commercial acumen with ability to identify growth opportunities and deliver long-term customer value.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with disciplined pipeline management.
• Strong networking, prospecting and business development capability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on Enterprise and Public Sector across Wellington and surrounding regions.
• Identify, create and progress complex sales opportunities from prospecting through to close, maintaining strong pipeline discipline and accurate forecasting.
• Build trusted relationships with senior business leaders, executives and key decision-makers.
• Engage customers around business outcomes, uncovering opportunities across the full 2degrees portfolio.
• Collaborate with solution specialists, architects and delivery teams to design and deliver winning customer outcomes.
• Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative sales culture that celebrates success and shares expertise.
