• A tertiary qualification in communications, marketing or journalism is required.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a similar field is valued.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of CAA’s communications plan across digital and traditional channels.
• Plan, schedule, publish and update content across social media, website, intranet, newsletters and events.
• Create video, photography, design and other digital content for broad audiences.
• Ensure digital channels provide a consistent and accessible user experience.
• Monitor performance and use insights to improve content and timing.
