As Advisor, Digital Channels, you’ll play a hands‑on role in helping CAA bring its strategy, priorities and stakeholder engagement work to life through clear, creative and audience‑focused communications across digital, social, video, visual and traditional channels.
You’ll work alongside experienced communications advisors and leaders to support day‑to‑day planning, scheduling, publishing and updating of content across CAA’s channels, including social media, website, intranet, newsletters, video, executive communications and events.
We’re especially interested in someone who is confident with digital tools and loves creating content: filming and editing short‑form video, producing strong social content, designing visual material and finding smarter ways to reach audiences. Just as important, you’ll be curious and quick to learn.
The salary band for this role is $83,600 – $102,302. Starting salaries are based on knowledge, skills and experience the successful candidate brings to the role, as well as internal relativities.
You might be a recent graduate with a strong portfolio, or already have a year or two of experience in communications, marketing, journalism, digital media, content creation or a related field.
You will enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment and delivering practical, high‑quality communications outcomes.
You will be confident working with a range of stakeholders, able to translate complex information into accessible messages, and enthusiastic about contributing to a collaborative team.
