Job summary

The HEINEKEN Company is seeking a National Demand Planning Manager in Otahuhu, Auckland. This senior role leads the demand planning function across NZ and export markets, driving cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain.

You will own the monthly Demand Review, challenge biases, and build capability within the team. You will mentor a Demand Planner, elevate S&OP maturity, reduce forecast bias, and improve inventory and product availability in a dynamic NZ FMCG

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior-level demand planning and forecasting.
• Deep understanding of New Zealand FMCG market dynamics.
• Strong stakeholder management and data‑driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly demand planning cycle and deliver accurate sales forecasts.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align business and planning needs.
• Produce insights and scenario models to support decision-making.
• Improve forecast accuracy and inventory outcomes.
• Manage and enhance planning systems and tools.
• Support product range and SKU optimisation.
