Job summary

Mars NZ is seeking a Demand & Supply Planner to own the NZ demand forecasting and supply coordination. You will partner with Account Managers, Commercial Leads and NZ Logistics to ensure on-shelf availability and optimized inventory in a fast-paced, trans‑Tasman IBP environment.

You will drive monthly demand alignment, oversee forecast accuracy, and coordinate with 3PLs and internal teams to balance service levels with cost, while supporting continuous process improvements in a hybrid, on-site

Qualifications

• Experience in demand and supply planning within FMCG/retail.
• Strong ERP/planning system skills and advanced Excel modelling.
• Degree in supply chain or related field preferred.
• Ability to collaborate across sales, logistics and finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead NZ Demand Alignment and IBP cycles with account managers and commercial leads.
• Ensure timely forecasts, baselines and accurate promotional volumes.
• Drive forecast accuracy and reduce working capital exposure.
• Integrate NZ demand review into trans-Tasman IBP forums.
